Frozen Adventure
We were on the water for hours and I was starting to get seasick. The boat was rocking back and forth like a rocking chair. Then finally we got there. There was no way onto the ice island. The only way was to climb. It was like I was getting vertigo all over again as the boat rocked.
As we pulled up we saw heaps of polar bears all gathered together. They were giant white fluffy cats roaming around waiting for pray. The polar bears look very elegant as their silky fur glistened in the sunshine.
We looked up at the ice island. There were already ropes out for us to use. I grabbed a rope, tied myself to it and started to climb. My hands were getting saw like I was getting a carpet burn. The air was cold it sent a shiver down my spine. When I got to the top I was exhausted, so I lay there on the cold ice for a bit.
I stood up. I looked around. It was a beautiful view. Coming off the ice was waterfalls, probably over a thousand. The waterfalls were straight hydro slides. We wanted to go down them, but it would be dangerous. I felt the cool breeze on my face. The ice was diamonds glistening in the sun. It was shining so bright that I thought it would make me blind.
It was time to go now. I tied myself onto the rope again and went down. I was tired. So when I got on the boat I had a rest while we went back home.
The End: By Gaia.
